So I wanted to pass along an update on Loki (Macaw). He has been such a blessing, lowering the stress levels of our cats and being such a great companion to the middle male, Tux. They are completely inseparable and often sleep curled up around one another. Sadly, Avalon (the oldest and only female) passed away a couple of weeks ago due to an undiagnosed heart condition. While it has been extremely tough getting used to life without her, I can’t help but notice Loki has picked up some of her mannerisms, and has made this transition in life just a little easier. I fully believe fate delivered him to us, knowing how important he’d be, and we are so thankful to you for having taken care of him until we met him. He has been so utterly needed, and so completely loved that I cannot even express my full gratitude. His purrs and incredibly loving nature speak for themselves. Thank you!
