Hello, This is George’s mom, it’s been about 4 years since we adopted blind and deaf George (Riley). George is an AMAZING dog. One thing we never did was pity him or treat him differently than we treat our other dogs. He does everything they do. He loves hiking, swimming, and going to the doggy daycare I now own. He’s had his challenges, one month after he turned two he started having seizures. We tried to treat him holistically at first with acupuncture, chiropractic and Chinese herbs but they didn’t work since being on phenobarbital he hasn’t had a seizure in almost 2 years. He is just the best and we love him so much. Thank you for taking him in so he could be a part of our family. Our lives have been forever changed.
