Hi guys, we adopted a black kitten named Lesley, from the Kitty Connection about two months ago. We had brought our older cat Pretzel to the event with us so he could pick out his new buddy. Lesley was his favorite! You could tell that they liked each other right away. We brought her home that night! We gave her a new name, Nightshade, to go with her glossy black coat. Her favorite things are her toy squirrel, jumping on her big brother’s head, and purring in a lap. Nightshade and Pretzel are now the best of friends. I wouldn’t like someone jumping on my head, but he is very patient with her. Apparently, he takes his big brother duties very seriously! They love sleeping together, trading cat food, and chasing each other around the apartment. Everyone at the Kitty Connection was extremely helpful and friendly. They let us get to know the different cats one-on-one and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. We couldn’t have done it without you! Best wishes,
