My fiance and I adopted Lilly, who we renamed Cali, two years ago when she was 8 weeks old. We live in a tiny apartment in Boston and are busy people so we were worried that the kitten wouldn’t have enough space, but we new she would have enough love. She was timid at first but eventually came out of her shell and is now a playful, healthy, loving kitty who just loves to be around us and literally follows my fiance up and down the hallway. He never gets to sit down without her jumping on his lap within seconds and snuggling with him. She brings so much joy to our lives and loves taking car trips with us to visit her “grandparents” in Maine. She is a smart and beautiful cat- we have filled up 3 memory cards with pictures of her and now are looking to adopt another little kitty so she can have someone her size to play with and keep her company when we are busy.
