Hi Marie, once we got Carlo back, we started calling him “Cal” and I’m happy to say that things are going great. Once we got him home he walked around and checked out his new space. Since then, it’s like he’s been here for years. Our only issue thus far is that we have to be careful when opening the outside doors because he is very curious about what’s going on outside. We ended up getting a harness and leash and are going to try taking him outside on walks so hopefully that tames his urge to make for an exit when he sees one. Oh yeah, and he has claimed one of my plush microfiber blankets as his own. It’s one of those soft and fuzzy kind of deals, and let me tell you, I think he actually loves that blanket more than me….it’s pretty funny to watch. Hope all is well on your end. If my girlgriend has her way, we may be coming back to see you in a few months to get Cal someone to play with while we’re gone.
