Snow

Hi, my name is Snow. Twelve years ago, I was just a young kitty looking for a safe place to land. My human mom was fostering cats through a rescue, and when I came into her life at 2 years old, something special happened… I became what people lovingly call a “foster fail.” She didn’t fail me, though. She chose me. She made me family.

For the next 10 years, I knew what it meant to be loved. I had a warm home, gentle hands, a safe lap, and a heart that belonged to me. My mom gave me the most wonderful life a cat could ask for.

But then my world changed.

My mom became very sick, and she passed away at home. I stayed right by her side, because that’s where I had always belonged. I kept hoping she was only sleeping… hoping she would wake up and pet me again, call my name again, love me the way she always had.

Now I am confused, heartbroken, and missing the person who was my whole world. And somehow, after all these years, I find myself needing a home again.

Please don’t let my age scare you. I may be 12, but I am healthy, gentle, and still have so much love left to give. I am a sweet lap cat who loves being petted, loved, and close to my person. I don’t need much—just a soft place to rest, a kind hand, and someone who will let me love them with my whole little heart.
