Hi, we’re Fawkes & Maple, and before we tell you anything else, there’s one thing you should know…
We’re best friends, and we’re looking for our forever home together. 
We both started life as strays and came to Kitty Connection at different times. Eventually, we found a home… and that’s where we found each other. When unexpected circumstances brought us back to rescue, we lost our home, but thankfully, we didn’t lose one another. 
I’m Fawkes, a 5-year-old gray-and-white gentleman with one eye and a heart full of love. I’ve overcome a lot, including losing an eye and having dental surgery, but those days are behind me now! These days, my favorite things are snuggles, naps, and making sure Maple feels safe and loved. 
And I’m Maple, a 10-month-old tabico girl with a playful spirit and a gentle soul. I was born outside, so learning to trust people has taken time. I can be a little shy at first, but every day I get a little braver. My favorite things? Wand toys, zoomies, and curling up next to Fawkes after a busy day of play!
Fawkes is my safe place. When I’m nervous, he’s right there beside me. He helps me feel brave enough to take the next step and reminds me that I’m never alone.
Together, we’re the perfect pair: one part cuddle bugs 
, one part playtime experts 
, and 100% devoted to each other. 
We’re looking for a quiet, patient home where we can continue our journey together. Maple may need a little time to settle in, but with love, understanding, and Fawkes by her side, she continues to blossom every day. 
We’ve already found our best friend in each other.
Now we’re hoping to find our forever family.
