Miss Kitty (Courtesy Post)

Miss Kitty is a nine-year-old sweetheart who lost the only home she’d ever known when the people who meant the world to her moved and chose not to keep her.  As one might expect, her world was turned upside-down.  Thanks to the kindness and patience of her fosters, her warm, loving nature has emerged and she has shown herself to be quite an affectionate lap cat.  Miss Kitty likes to snooze in a favorite spot for much of the day but will come out and socialize if you call her over, so she should be adopted into an interactive home where she will not be left unaccompanied for long. She is easily frightened by sudden noises, so she would probably not do well in a home with the bustle of children.  Miss Kitty seems to be an easy cat suitable for a first-time adopter.

Miss Kitty has a sensitive digestive system and does best with over-the-counters sensitive-system food.  Her adopter will receive her medical records. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need.  That fee has been reduced to a mere $75– a bargain for a new best friend who will love you for the rest of her life.  She’s being fostered in Reading.

She has:
– been spayed
– been given rabies and distemper vaccinations
– tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
– been treated for fleas and worms

Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time. If you can and will commit to her and provide a safe, loving home for life, then respond to RoyCBarrows@gmail.com. Please include your phone number for a faster response and say a little about yourself and the home you would provide for them as we try to match people with the right cats.

Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:

– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet

Adopters will receive their medical records.
