My name is Della and I’m a sweet brown tabby girl about five years old. I used to live with a family who had kids aged 7 and 13. I got along with them well. I lost my home when my family got a rambunctious large-breed dog and I became frightened. For this, they dumped me into the city pound, where I was about to get put down. A volunteer helped get me out hours before I would have died.
I was mad at the world for a while, but my sweet personality quickly emerged once I was placed in a Kitty Connection foster home. I cuddled up in bed purring with my foster mom the very first night and showed my happiness by kneading her blankets. I need a someone who will love me for the rest of my life.
I have been:
– spayed
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV.
– treated for worms and fleas
– examined by a vet
My adopter will receive my medical records.
