Hi! My name is Pixie. I am a happy, healthy, 12 year old Rat Terrier-mix. I came to the states at 1 year old from the Virgin Islands, where I lived on the streets. I lived with my previous human for 11 years but unfortunately she passed away, leaving me all alone. This is such a sad time for me because she loved me and took care of me so well. Although I may be 12, I have plenty of years left to spend with you. I get along well with everyone I meet from cats, to dogs, and even kids! I would be most happy in a home where I would not be alone for long. Maybe you work from home, work part time, or are retired? Even though I might not like to play ball, I enjoy going for walks and lounging around the house with my humans. My foster mom says I am wicked sweet. I just want to love and be loved. I am in excellent health, up-to-date on vaccinations, and spayed.
