My name is Peanut and I’m a 2 year old, female red-nose, Pit Bull. I am a really sweet and lovable dog. I love to play and love being with people. I am gentle near children but it is never recommended for dogs to be unattended with children. I’d do best as an only since I have a prey drive for cats and I don’t like other dogs in my face. I play well with other dogs if introduced properly and do best with male dogs. I can easily be corrected and respond quickly to corrections. I walk well on a leash and love to go for walks. I am crate trained and would make a great addition to any family.

Peanut is an incredible, lovable dog. She is so people-friendly that just meeting our volunteer for the first time didn’t stop her from rolling on her back for a full tummy rub.
