Prancer

Do you remember me? I was the cat that was hit by a car and left on the side of the road with a broken pelvis. I’m ready for my forever home!

I am a very cute, small, sweet, mackerel tabby.  I love lying down for strokes from my head to my tail, in fact, show me attention and I’ll fall right over for pets! I’m not so much a lap cat, but maybe if my foster mom didn’t always have another cat on her lap, that would change.  Until recently I slept in a raised XL crate, and every morning I would jump into my foster mom’s arms for a short snuggle before wanting down.

I am not skittish, and when my foster mom wants me, I don’t run away.

I have good litter box manners, and a great appetite for both wet and dry food.  And for catnip!

I am very curious about the resident cats in my foster home, and I will walk up to them, but when they show attention to me, I back away.  When they approach me, I also back away, but I’m very curious, and given time, would probably be besties with all of them.

I showed a bit of a temper when I was not allowed in the basement, and for that reason I will be best living in a home without young children.  I would love to have a friendly feline roommate, especially if my adopters are not home during the day.  I am not a clingy guy, but I do want company, furry or human. Because I am small and light-weight, I might be good for an adopter who does not want to handle larger cats.

Unless otherwise noted in the above description, Kitty Connection cats have been:

– spayed or neutered
– vaccinated against rabies and distemper
– tested negative for FIV and FeLV
– examined by a vet

Adopters will receive their medical records.
