Hi, I’m Sonny Boy, I am a handsome male cat 5-7 years old. I’ve seen a lot and have many grand stories to tell, so listen up! Though I have a lot to tell you, I keep my personal details close – I spent sometime on the streets as I lost my home at some point along the way. I have a ton of love to give, and I’m just looking for a family to give it to. There’s not much more for you to know than that! What matters is that my years of roaming are over. I decided to turn over a new leaf and be somebody’s lap cat (as soon as I can figure out laps – what do you do after you climb on? Seems like a good way to get some pets). I need to catch up on lost pets after my stint outdoors, so I’m looking for an affectionate home to be the star of!
Now that my hunter-gatherer days have come to an end, I need to keep busy somehow. I’m not a fussy guy, whether it’s a cat dancer toy I can chase or just my favorite string, staying in shape is a top priority for me. Hey, maybe we can work out together! I love playing with my family especially, but with a few engaging toy options, I can keep myself busy from time to time.
And another thing: I don’t do secrets. I’m gonna want to know where you’re going and what you’re doing in the house, and I’m probably going to want to be a part of it. We are a family, after all. I might even try to come with you when you leave, so stay sharp! I’m big, but I’m quick! And I do apologize in advance: after years on the street, I’m in the process of re-learning my manners. I’d be better off in a family without small kids, and with lots of cat experience – I’m not a mean guy at all, quite the opposite in fact. I just need a little work on my communication when I’m overstimulated.
If you have lots of love and a little bit of patience, we could be the best of friends!
Signed, a reformed vagabond,
Sonny Boy
