Brownie is a sweet, affectionate girl, a little under a year old, who was surrendered with her sister Toti (posted separately) by someone who was moving, decided not to bring them along, and was about to dump them onto the street when a rescuer intervened just in time.
She’s a sweet brown-tabby girl with wide eyes that seem to give her a permanent look of surprise. Brownie thrives on attention and enjoys chasing toys and playing with other cats, making her a wonderful companion for both humans and fellow felines. We have not observed her with dogs or kids; we think she would do well with kids who know how to treat cats respectfully. She can be adopted separately or with her sister Toti (posted separately). Brownie would do best in an interactive home where she will get lots of play time and not be left unaccompanied for long periods of time. With her affectionate nature and friendly personality, she’s sure to bring joy and happiness to anyone lucky enough to adopt her. She seems to be suitable for a first-time adopter.

She has been spayed, given rabies and distemper vaccinations, tested negative for FeLV and FIV, and treated for worms and fleas. Her adopter will receive her medical records. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need. She’s being fostered in Allston. “Courtesy Posts” are animals who are NOT in Kitty Connection’s possession, but we are helping to find their forever homes! If you can and will commit to providing a safe, loving home: please submit a pre-adoption application (unless otherwise noted in the description above).
