Iris and Linx are a bonded pair of sisters, about 8-9 years old, who need a home. These two are affectionate, outgoing girls who love to play, cuddle, and generally keep people company. They have a history of getting along with kids who know how to treat cats respectfully. They have not been observed with dogs. If you want a pair of cats who will curl up with you and each other when you go to sleep, and be devoted companions for life, these girls are for you. They seem to be an easy pair who would be suitable for a first-time adopter.
They have been:
– spayed
– given rabies and distemper vaccinations
– tested negative for FeLV and FIV
– treated for worms and fleas
– examined and determined to be healthy by a vet
Their adopter will receive their medical records. Because they are a bonded pair, they must be adopted together. There is a simple adoption process and an adoption fee so we can continue to help cats in need. There is a small discount to facilitate getting them adopted together. The total adoption fee for the two of them is $240– a bargain for two girls who will be devoted companions for the rest of their lives.
They’re being fostered in the Northeastern University area. Cats can live up to 20 years, so give careful thought to the changes that are likely to occur in your life during that time.
