Candace

My name is Candace and I am a 12 week old female kitten. I was born indoors after my mom was rescued from living on the streets. She had been someone’s cat, but she was abandoned.  She lived on the street for a while. Two things happened to her: she got FIV and got pregnant…and so did I.  I am extremely lovable and playful and I am hoping that someone will give me a home

It is possible that I have a false negative then I will be retested again. A blood test has been sent out on our mom for more extensive blood work to see if my mom is really at FIV positive. Let’s all keep our paws crossed.

Kitty Connection believes that a kitten can get depressed if it moves from a happy life with it’s mother and/or siblings to a home where it is totally alone. Therefore, every Kitty Connection kitten must be adopted into a home with a sibling or where there is a friendly, resident cat to keep it company. A kitten may also be adopted with another Kitty Connection cat. Kitty Connection will allow a solo kitten to get adopted if the adopter (and/or another family member/resident) is at home most of the time. It is important that each kitten grow into a confident, loving cat who is adored by all of it’s family members.
