About Liz Pease
Liz started at the Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society in Salisbury as a volunteer trapping feral cats for TNR (trap/neuter/return) in 2005, and became a staff member in 2007. She is currently the Director of Operations for MRFRS's headquarters and adoption program, and her office houses their Feline Leukemia positive kitties, all of whom are available for adoption. MRFRS also houses FIV+ cats in its cageless adoption center, where they are free to mingle with negative kitties. The staff at MRFRS is dedicated to education adopters, vets, and the general public about FIV and FeLV, and to helping these often over-looked kitties find homes. Liz personally has 5 cats of her own, all former shelter or stray kitties!
