Volunteers gathered at Stop & Shop in Malden for a canning event to raise money for Kitty Connection to aid in its efforts to rescue animals in need. The generosity and kindness of others resulted in donations of $417. Volunteers also took the opportunity to educate people about low cost spaying/neutering, provide information about feral cats, and most importantly, inform them as to how they can help by volunteering, feeding feral colonies and much more. As a group, we are thankful to Stop & Shop for allowing us to use their premises to meet and greet people. The money raised will go 100% towards the medical and care of the animals that are rescued. We are deeply thankful to our volunteers and especially to our donors.

Pet Smart 2008 Big Adoption Weekend A Success!
Kitty Connection had a very successful adoption weekend at Pet Smart, finding homes for many cats and even some dogs! Marie and Karen (right) show off a couple of adorable dogs who were at the event!
