My name is Luna and I’m a 2 year old female cat. My owner lost her apartment and was hoping to find another one so we could be together again. Sadly, she has had no luck and realizes that it is best for me to find a home of my own. I am friendly but tempermental. I will let you know when I have had enough petting. I loved sleeping in bed with her. I do not like other cats and get very jealous if they get attention and I don’t. One thing about me is that petting me HAS to be on my own terms. When I come to you or rub up against you, I love to get my head scratched or my chin rubbed, and then, I’ll start purring. If you go beyond my head, I get very uncomfortable and I can lash out and give you a swat; I do not like my body to be petted. I would do best in a quieter home with adults and no children. I would fit perfectly with an older person or an older couple who would like a cat who can keep them company. (They cannot need to pick me up to cuddle constantly.) I love to greet you in the morning and rub up against you while you get my breakfast ready. I would do better with more space to live in rather than living in a one bedroom apartment. I would not do good in a roommate situation as constant changing is very stressful for me.
